Michael kept me well informed throughout the whole process and he was always available for questions.
It went okay until the settlement on Friday, February 27, 2026 when my Bank was holding up the release of the funds because Mutual of Omaha did not receive a payoff form for another loan I had with WesBanco bank until four days later. Michael Caldwell, Loan Officer, e-mailed me an additional form I signed electronically and I finally got the funds on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
I start the process on May 5, 2026. I got him all the paperwork he asked for he said it would take about 3 weeks and today it June 16, 2026 and it's still not done. I have emailed him two or three time and now is is ghosting me. I have had no choice but to go to another leander to get this done. A email back to let me know what was going on would of been appreciated.
