It went okay until the settlement on Friday, February 27, 2026 when my Bank was holding up the release of the funds because Mutual of Omaha did not receive a payoff form for another loan I had with WesBanco bank until four days later. Michael Caldwell, Loan Officer, e-mailed me an additional form I signed electronically and I finally got the funds on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
