Michael listened, proposed a plan moving forward. He is someone approachable , knowledgeable, and someone I can work with towards a positive outcome. I in good hands. It was first visit, and he was totally attentive, engaged, not sugar coating any of the upcoming sessions, and someone I connected with professionally on the first visit! He has a lot of experience. This is a review of the booking process only. By and large is was pain free. A little repetitious but nothing too excessive. It only takes a couple of minutes so pretty time efficient. My interaction with the administrative staff has been excellent. They really do a great job
Preparation for Connecting through Zoom was easy, connection was perfect, and therapist was empathetic and discerning. A very useful meeting.
