I would not recommend this company for first-time home buyers. Firstly, I was very flexible and went into the process understanding that this is a rigorous one. FHM was to help me apply for grant money— for the small grant, they had, which I greatly appreciated, but for the larger grant (double the amount), they clearly dropped the ball on.
