First stent in April 2025 second one a balloon in June 2025. Back walking 100% and weight room. Dr Heidenreich and his team, Tracy the scheduler and his nurses are all amazing. Answered all my questions. I did some research on different procedures and felt very comfortable with his choices and explanations. Don’t think there is a better Vascular Surgeon.
For years I have a asked other doctors to address the fact of my increasingly inability to walk any distance. Doctor Heidenreich not only listened and heard we are moving forward aggressively to determine problem and resolve. He was extremely positive that it is an issue that can be resolve and I will regain the ability to walk a normal distance without pain. I am very thankful.
Dr. Heidenreich saved my life today. I had a 70 to 80 % blockage in my left carotid artery. Once he began the surgery he discovered the blockage was almost total. He spent an hour attempting to place the thread to place the stent. He called a partner to assist and of course it went in immediately. But he did all the heavy lifting. He is a kind, attentive, thorough engaging doctor. I very much appreciate his professionalism.
