I have never received such inhumane treatment as I received in this office. It was brutal. A poorly if trained technician. A doctor who I never met except when an emergency arose I will never go back there, it was barbaric
Inhumane treatment, herd them in like cattle,dont look directly in there eyes then thier not human. He assaulted my gums with a needle while watching TV. No compassion, rude,no numbing gel to remove shards 3 weeks in a row. Lied,said they softline on may 12th, did not happen til August 12 at 7560 Chapman hwy. Do not have permanent dentures ,sent me a letter saying I can't go to any Aspen dental. Although I've paid cash,no dentures yet
I agree with Tennya Borchert, who wrote "Inhumane treatment, herd them in like cattle,dont look directly in there eyes...... No compassion, rude,...." The dentist doesn't spend much time with the patient; doesn't do much explaining of problems and procidures. Breases into the room and "wham-bam-thank-you-mam", then he is gone. They are just not personable.
