I've been with Dr Klein for 6 years and he is great. Most of my family now see him as well.
very caring dr. always ask if there is anything you would like to discuss, very respectfull of your needs
-Doesn't use my chart well an application celebrated by most doctors and convenient for patients -Average wait time to get in to see him is 2-3 months -Average wait time to talk with someone in his office is 30 minutes -Doesn't work well with insurance. Insurance will need documentation and Dr. Klein and his staff are unorganized and don't followup or follow through
Dr Klein was my doctor then I relocated. As my dr I thought he was great. But then my parents went to him and mow I'm not so sure. My parents need a little more explaining things then most and i feel like it's an in and out appt. They have duplicate of prescription and they are not sure which one they should be taking and then he took my dad off a med he needs daily anyway maybe because it's my parents and my protectiveness on them like I said thought he was good when I went but not for my parents
Refills are not taken care of in timely fashion. Staff doesn't seem to care.
The office staff appears to be highly unorganized, and does not have acceptable follow up.
