Owner David Frosch got his start in the industry 1983 and has been building homes in the East Metro area ever since. In 2003, he created Michael Lee Homes to offer custom construction in a market where clients were historically given little say in how their home was built. Over the past 25 years we have built in within these fine neighborhoods: Wyncrest Villas, Wyndham Hills, Dancing Waters, Easton Village, Kingston Grove, Pioneer Point Villas, as well as many single lots along the East Metro.

We highly recommend Michael Lee Homes. This is the third home that I’ve built and they stand out from other builders. The natural light, features, and floor plan are better than any other builder we looked at for our dream home. Patrick provided valuable recommendations and advice during the sales process. The design and build process went well and they update you weekly through a great mobile app. Hogan and Nick are on top of things during the build and for warranty requests.
BEWARE: Risk of Project Cancellation Our experience with Michael Lee Homes was disappointing. After signing a purchase agreement and being halfway through the design process, our build was unexpectedly canceled. We faced delays in securing financing due to my wife’s visa situation. They built our home for us and it is clear that what they advertised and what they produce in terms of build and customer experience are two different things. We are entering our fourth year in the home and our one year warranty items are still not complete. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get support from the builder. Michael Lee Inc. is a quality builder on the east metro! If you are considering building and have unique needs then you should look no further.
