Our experience was wonderful. Our realtor guided us along the way and everyone at Michael Lee was very responsive and helpful. There was no pressure. Communication continued even after the purchase we had to make decisions on the landscaping and driveway. Our one year visit was well received and the staff fixed all of the items we pointed out. Everyone was extremely courteous. Thank you so much for helping us build our home!
We highly recommend Michael Lee Homes. This is the third home that I’ve built and they stand out from other builders. The natural light, features, and floor plan are better than any other builder we looked at for our dream home. Patrick provided valuable recommendations and advice during the sales process. The design and build process went well and they update you weekly through a great mobile app. Hogan and Nick are on top of things during the build and for warranty requests.
Initially we were really excited to work with Michael Lee. However, it has been an extreme headache ever since the house completed. They got their money and became hard to get ahold of. Multiple issues arose right away, which they tried to brush off as being normal, to find out now that there are so many faulty aspects to multiple parts of the house. BEWARE: Risk of Project Cancellation Our experience with Michael Lee Homes was disappointing. After signing a purchase agreement and being halfway through the design process, our build was unexpectedly canceled. We faced delays in securing financing due to my wife’s visa situation. They built our home for us and it is clear that what they advertised and what they produce in terms of build and customer experience are two different things. We are entering our fourth year in the home and our one year warranty items are still not complete. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get support from the builder.
