Dr. Hatch is amazing. He froze off a brown spot on my face, and when it didn’t fully come off the first time, he had me come back in and took care of it without any hassle. He also removed a few skin tags for me while I was there. He’s super fast, very professional, and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. My Husband and i travel a round trip of almost 1,000 miles to see Dr. Mason. Always worth it! He and the entire staff are excellent at what they do but also prompt, caring, efficient and friendly.
Making the appointment was easy, I was greeted as I entered, waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, and felt listened to during my visit.
The staff is really nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Mason and he is so nice and very thorough. Always a pleasant experience for my yearly checkup.
