Dr. Rogachevsky changed my life for the better. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
What a miracle ! Was depressed an addict , now Ben 1year no depression have family support . Clean office receptionist is nice and has best communication skills in this business.
I have been seeing this doctor for about a year now and previously didn’t see many issues with his care. In the last six months, however he has completely dropped the ball with my prescription which has caused me immense amounts of stress and resulted and me going three days without a prescription that they don’t recommend missing any doses of. The doctor was late to all of our appointments, and did not adjust any of my medications even though I said I was feeling worse. I did recently switch to a different doctor who has adjusted meds and I’m feeling much better.
I received an $85 bill for an online appointment that I was never confirmed and I was unable to even log in. No services rendered - I'm not paying a dime.
Dr. Rogachevsky is very straightforward, and I actually thought he was a fine provider. Unfortunately, I've had the worst experience with Gelbart and Associates. I can't ever get through to their hotlines, leave several voicemails and almost never hear back promptly. They have recently outsourced their billing, and I was never given a heads up on how to pay my balance. Visited him for 2 years. During that time I was NEVER late to an appointment and waited more than 15 mins past my appointment time more times than not. A month ago, I was 20 mins late. You can’t call his office, it ALWAYS goes to VM. I waited and he came out and told me I had to reschedule since I was late. I was leaving for vacation the following Monday and he wouldn’t see me. Dr. Rogachevsky has to be the worst psychiatrist that I've ever seen! He's usually always late and the one time I was 15 minutes late he threatened to charge me for a no show and told me "next time your late tell your dad to prescribe you your medication". Very unprofessional for a psychiatrist to be saying that to a patient. He only sees his patient for ten minutes and asks the same questions. His office smells like cigarettes. I will surely be looking for another doctor!
