His gentle demeanor and kindness make a huge difference, and I always leave feeling heard and well cared for. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor.

Dr Scarchilli is terrific. We were concerned when Dr Patel retired, but Dr Scarchilli is just as patient and caring. He listens carefully, does a good job of explaining new medicines or what needs to be done. I don't feel rushed.

Trinity Health at 5789 S. Main in Clarkston at the newly retrofitted former Rite-Aid offers Urgent Care and PCP visits. The lobby is HUGE, brand-new, super clean. Staying away from others is easy if they're being less-than-courteous. The praking is easy, the building is top-notch. Dr. Scarchilli and the staff are above-average. You won't be disappointed here. It's a hidden gem. Go here for Urgent Care as well as PCP visits.

Dr.Scarchilli and staff made my experience great! It was so nice to finally find a Dr with a good bedside manner that was willing to listen ,is knowledgeable and compassionate and took the time I needed. . The staff did a great job friendly which is a plus. I love that they have a patient portal and Dr Scarchilli is very timely responding to test results.. and the bonus a very clean office.well organized office.
