He’s a chill guy, easy to talk to and very convenient for scheduling purposes, I have not met him in person due to my visits being via video calls another perk the comfort of your own home

Always is either late or cuts my appointment very short but still charges for the full 50 minutes. In 5 months I may have had 2 appointments go the full time. I have trauma from my past that I need to work on but all we talk about is current issues, which isn't helping me process the issues that still affect me every day.
The booking process was simple. The time spent with the. Provider was very helpful. It was an overall great experience.
