I thought our therapy sessions went pretty well, but the overall it turned out to be a disappointment. When discussing a billing discrepancy, she spoke falsely about her approval of an insurance submission that would have covered my initial visit. I had been contacting their billing department for three months trying to get this session covered. She told me that she had given approval. After speaking with their billing department, she did exactly the opposite. I would not trust this therapist.
