Best experience!!! I was working with another lender who was slow, not responsive, and dismissive to my questions. I switched to Michele and i couldnt believe how fast, professional, and detailed they were. Because of them I was able to get the house I wanted in a timely manner. Exceptional Service I would recommend anyone to Michelle. She made sure that I understood the entire process and was always there to explain any questions I had. Her communication was superb. It amazed me how quickly and thoroughly she always responded, whether that was by phone or by email.

I did what Michelle told me to do and in 3 months I was approved for a loan I never ... When I first met Michelle I honestly had no idea the steps I needed to take to get approved for a home loan. she dealt with any complications that i had, which i did have a few, and always ... first time home buyer, Michelle really helped me get through the process with easy. always going out of her way to make sure that i got the best out of everything. she dealt with any complications that i had, which i did have a few, and always gave me all the answers. next time i buy i will go through her again.

Michelle worked hard to get the payments I needed and to close on time on both my ... Michelle was recommended by my relator after my original loan agent stopped communicating with me. Michelle worked hard to get the payments I needed and to close on time on both my refinance of my rental property and the purchase of my new home (I only closed 2 days late on the purchase due to a holiday). Michelle was nice and personable, she got to know me and really cared about my family and myself.

My wife and I can never sing the praises of Michelle and her team enough. My wife and I can never sing the praises of Michelle and her team enough. She and her team came though above and beyond expectations when they were able to close on our home loan after another "broker" all but lost the dream of home ownership for us.
