The Boise mortgage market is extremely active, and I really struggled finding anyone that would even return my phone calls for my first investment property. Michelle not only worked with me, she was extremely professional, responsive, and fun. While her staff was also very good to work with, most of my engagements were with her directly. Not only did she answer the phone when I called, I frequently called well after what I should expect normal work hours to be. I feel she offered competitive pricing.

Michelle and her team treat you as an individual not a profit center. She looks after you as if your needs were the most important and only true needs to consider.
