Our builder dropped the ball on updating the closing date after the sale of our existing home. The Diversified team worked tirelessly to get all the documents submitted and the funding in place on an expedited schedule to make the sale happen. This is our 4th purchase through Diversified and once again we are happy that we continued to rely on their expertise and dedication. If you're buying a new home through a builder and they recommend their lender, you owe it to yourself to decline and go with the Diversified team.

Michelle was such a joy to work with for our first home buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what the process is like start to finish.
