I saw Michelle for the first time today and she was amazing. Very empathetic, thoughtful to my needs, and knowledgeable. An uncomfortable situation made easy by her. I will say however her front desk staff is somewhat the opposite. Looking up, smiling, making eye contact, asking how you are goes a long way. In the morning I stood for 15 minutes waiting while they I know were busy but never looked up to greet or say hello. It’s too bad because Michelle does an amazing job. Ms. Savarese is an excellent patient advocate.. She is very thorough, respectful, and has superb bedside manner...I am a retired R.N. with 50+ years experience as an Operating Room Nurse, so my standards are very high...She has excellent Customer Service Skills and Practices... Thank you~
