I have been looking for a doctor that I love at pediatric Associates for a few years now and I am so happy that we found Dr. Smith. She is so patient kind and caring. You can really tell that she is invested in her patience and providing optimal care. I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Smith!
I have been with this office for 6 plus years and it is amazing. Staff is friendly and courteous. Facility is kept clean and welcoming to me and my family. I just recently gave birth to my 3rd child and had a visit with my newborn and daughter and was seen by Dr. Smith, she is Primary doctor for my kids and she has the heart of an angel. So I have to give it to this place. I had originally booked to go see my daughter's main doctor only to find out they just closed and left. So we ended up here. The front receptionist was so sweet and was able to assist me by fitting in a desperate mom and daughter. We were booked for a time (and usually at a doctor's office no matter how full or empty it may be you never see the doctor for the exact time) but we saw ours in literally minutes. I wasn't too pleased at first. The wait times are really a challenge. As patients parents we do often comment on how unrealistically the appointment times are made, they are like every 10mins it seems. Overall though I would recommend pediatric associates for broward County residents, you all are there 365 days a year, and that's a big plus. Also, a special mention for one of your employees. Baby Hugens got to see Dr. Michelle Smith and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions and eased just about all of the concerns I had regarding my baby since his birth seven days ago. I found this company on Google through searching for a pediatrician, and I am so happy God led me straight to them.
