My first consultation at the Michigan Center of Dermatology was a great experience. Was greeted with a welcoming smile by Amy at the front desk. Completed required paperwork (first visit.) After a short wait was escorted to an exam room. Another short wait then Dr. Goldsmith evaluated my situation and initiated a course of action. Sounds pretty standard but from a patient's perspective (mine), my comfort & well-being is my priority and I feel like it was theirs also. Highly recommend.
Quick service: Reception was awesome. Once in exam room doctor was in withing 6 minutes. Very professional, and efficient. Answered all my questions. Check out was just as efficient. Overall my first visit was exceptional.
Dr. Goldsmith and all of her staff are amazing! She makes me feel totally comfortable every year for my full body skin check. While waiting in the lobby I over heard her staff telling an older lady to go to a particular pharmacy so that she could get her medicine cheaper. She even ran after her once she left to give the lady a coupon.
It was a blessing in disguise when the first dermatologist I was referred to didn’t accept my insurance otherwise I wouldn’t not have met Dr.Goldsmith and her staff. Everyone is courteous and efficient. Everyone was very nice. Great service. Only problem was the steps outside. A hand rail would be great for new people coming in. I was told after my visit how to park in the back. I was impresses by the nurse and all staff members.
