Wonderful experience. How often do you go to a doctor, they acknowledge that you are a new patient, and then roll out the welcome mat for you? I came in for a basic "going over" and wound up getting a very comprehensive exam. Dr. Goldsmith is an absolute pleasure and her knowledge of my concerns was really great. I would DEFINITELY recommend these folks if you are having any dermatology issues. 🤗
Dr.Goldsmith DO was amazing she was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. Her staff was equally pleasant and I had no trouble being seen in a timely manner. The office was very clean from front to back. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr. Arathi and her staff made me feel welcome as a new patient. The staff kept me in mind and were able to get me in long before my first scheduled appointment time. Also, her MA noted the visit for products I needed to get and how to use them accurately in a way I could easily understand. Last, but not least, Dr. Arathi supplied a comfortable atmosphere free of judgement and took my concerns into consideration when treating me.
The office was clean, fresh, modern in appearance, and pleasant, the staff was friendly, professional and greeted me upon arrival, I was brought back promptly, didn’t have to wait long in either the waiting or treatment room for the staff or Dr Goldsmith to treat me. Very kind, pleasant staff—always welcoming—also accommodating, as they were able to schedule me sooner rather than later. Dr. Goldsmith is professional, as well as kind… she addressed my concerns.
