My first consultation at the Michigan Center of Dermatology was a great experience. Was greeted with a welcoming smile by Amy at the front desk. Completed required paperwork (first visit.) After a short wait was escorted to an exam room. Another short wait then Dr. Goldsmith evaluated my situation and initiated a course of action. Sounds pretty standard but from a patient's perspective (mine), my comfort & well-being is my priority and I feel like it was theirs also. Highly recommend.
It was a blessing in disguise when the first dermatologist I was referred to didn’t accept my insurance otherwise I wouldn’t not have met Dr.Goldsmith and her staff. Everyone is courteous and efficient. Everyone was very nice. Great service. Only problem was the steps outside. A hand rail would be great for new people coming in. I was told after my visit how to park in the back. I was impresses by the nurse and all staff members.
Everyone in the office was polite and kind, they welcomed me to the practice and I waited a very short time (less than 5 minutes) to be taken back to the exam room. Dr. Goldsmith came in just a few minutes later and did a very thorough exam after asking me about my history. She did a biopsy on one spot, it was quick and painless. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a high quality dermatological examination.
I loved my experience here. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Did my first HydraFacial with Tanya and the results were amazing. Dr Goldsmith is by far the best I've seen in a long time! If you've had skin issues for a long time, don't hesitate. She is a wealth of knowledge.
