I've been seeing Dr Goldsmith for a few years. She's very smart and helpful. The staff is mostly helpful as well. However, I've been having issues getting time off work for the appointment dates that they have. I expressed that to the medical assistant and was told, "Well you'd better find a new dermatologist then." I suppose I will.
The staff are very polite and attentive. Dr. Goldsmith is one of the most kind, caring, Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of and always explains what she diagnosed.going to. She always takes the time to explain what she has is doing for you.
I can't say enough about how great these folks are. Dr. Goldsmith is outstanding - so knowledgeable and personable. She really made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. And the support staff is just outstanding. From the receptionist to the assistants to the lady that took care of my copay, everyone was fantastic. All of them were kind, friendly, and professional. I was so grateful to Amy the receptionist for getting me in on a cancellation… she was very kind. Dr Goldsmith was very kind and helpful… she listened to all my concerns and questions and gave me clear answers as to my situation. I’m doing all that she recommended and it a work in progress… hopefully I get relief soon as possible. Thank you Dr G for your help and I’ll see you in January 2026💕
I'm a new patient that my friend referred to Dr. Goldsmith. Not only were they able to get me an appointment within a week but they were the only one to call me back, of the 5 dermatologists I left messages for an appointment. The staff was friendly and empathic. The doctor was efficient and professional. She ordered tests and did the most painless biopsy as well as sending prescriptions to ease the discomfort until the results of the tests could be reviewed. I was extremely impressed with the overall experience.
