When picking up someone from a procedure, the receptionist called to update me. She gave me the expected pickup time and told me to wait in my car. As I began to ask if she would give me a call back to inform me how I would actually find the patient, she cut me off saying "We will not call you back." I spent multiple attempts reframing my question in hopes she would understand and listen to my complete explanation before cutting me off. She just kept saying "We will not call you back. I wish I could give more stars. I went in today for an EGD procedure, like anyone I was super super nervous, and just anxious. When I went back I was instantly taken care of. All the nurses and anesthesiologist were so good to me & made me feel like home. It was fast, quick & most importantly I would do it again if I needed to without feeling scared. First , I am reading other reviews as I wait in your waiting room for almost 2 hours. This looks like a common issue. When a person has gone through a day of prep, they feel anxious about their procedure, and haven’t eaten any food it seems really unfair to except the wait time to be so long. Your office staff was rude when we inquired about the wait - their response- “everybody waits an hour. “. Why have an appointment if that isn’t the time of your procedure? So, I was a little worried when I had to call the day before to get my prep instructions for my Colonoscopy the next day, I guess that would be the fault of someone in the office, not this facility as a whole. This place was outstanding from the moment I walked in, the check in process, the nurses in the prep area and the procedure room and the Doctor I had were all super friendly and professional. Would not hesitate for a second to come back to this location

Overall I had a good experience. It took months to schedule an appointment because nobody answered the phone. When I left a message I didn’t receive a return call. Finally, my doctor called their office and I got it scheduled. Everyone was pleasant. I only had one incident happen that I was concerned about. The woman that took me back for the procedure had me give a urine sample and change in the bathroom.
