Dr Movahed and his crew were excellent today for my implants. Everybody was friendly and very professional, and the offices were so clean. A great experience!
From the first phone, call to the scheduling of the appointment, the staff was great. Emily ensured the communication was there every step of the way to let me know where we were at and what was needed. When we arrived, the tech that took care of my son was very friendly, professional, and made me feel more comfortable. She took great care of my son getting him ready for his surgery and helping him into my car after the procedure. Very efficient and everything went well with my son’s wisdom teeth extraction. The nurse was amazing with prep and post-op care. The only thing is I feel the printed after care instructions provided were a little vague. It would have been nice to have an after visit summary also.
I was not impressed with this surgeon, Dr. Reva Movahed. When I was getting my implant, I was in the chair, and the nurse came and put the dirty remote on the sterile instruments that were to be used for my operation. I said something to the doctor about it, but then I fell asleep. I doubt they re-sterilized the instruments. It really worried me. My daughter's consultation with this oral surgery facility was scary to say the least. She has an impacted K9 and her orthodontist referred her to an oral surgeon for some direction on what to do with it. The doctor that conducted this consult, assumed we were all in on surgery to remove it.
