I just found out that my biological mother decided to spread rumors that I had her bank account information and I have never had it but she told this credit union that I supposedly tried to hack her account 5 times so she gave them my information so they would push charges on something I never had anything to do with. I've never been disappointed when I've had an issue with my banking at MCCU.... Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional and have been more than anything they make me feel like a special customer. That matters!!!
Wouldn’t recommend banking with them! After years of off and on services, they’re closing accounts now due to ANY NEGATIVE balance! Employee instructed me even if -0.77 would still cause account to be closed if not acknowledged in 30 days dead or alive. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!
I've been with this bank for 10 years and never had any issues until now. The manager by the name of Jennifer at the Camden Branch that I spoke with over the phone about my account issues had a terrible attitude. After telling her my problems and telling her that I needed them to email me with the info that was in error for the account. She got smart with me and told me "Your not gonna tell me what to do" and then hung up the phone on me.
