Professional, kind, courteous and helpful in explaining procedure, which was really not half as bad as I was expecting!!

Do NOT go to this Dr. under any circumstances. My root canal took almost three hours, it was painful and he was condescending and rude to me and his staff. He left me in the chair while he conducted personal business on his phone. The trauma this procedure caused had left me with a painful facial neuralgia that I am now dealing with years later. I am surprised he is still licensed and practicing.

I can’t stress this enough: do NOT get any procedures done with Dr. Galla. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a root canal done with Dr. Galla and it was the most uncomfortable procedure I’ve ever had. I specifically disclosed an allergy to a medication, and yet he completely disregarded it and proceeded to give me said medication. I immediately had a horrible reaction, only for the doctor to downplay what was happening and to leave me in the room alone with the staff. Let me begin with this, is there a scenario or sequence of events that you can imagine a Dr. calling a patient, repeatedly, a "DI*K"? That is what happened today. In short, I needed an emergency root canal. My Dentist recommended Dr. Galla so I was obviously optimistic and presume that I was in the best of hands. Clinically, he may be one of the best.
