Colby is one of the best practitioners I have worked with. She is empathic, patient and knowledgeable. I feel that she has made my progress go faster than it would otherwise have been and and it is simply a more enjoyable process because of her experience and calm presence. I have a complicated situation.I was kind of getting the runaround from doctors and found myself thinking I was going to get a brace to ease my bone-on-bone knee pain, only to find that the authorization had expired - I didn't even know there was a time limit. Pablo, the tech, came out and sat with me and very kindly explained to me, and advised me on what I ought to do, regarding seeing doctors. He was wonderful! So patient and kind. If/when I do need an orthotic device. I will return. He is the best!
Everyone there was wonderful with my daughter. Very kind and courteous. They go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and happy.
Staff is very professional. I felt very comfortable with the process of making my brace.
