Staff was pleasant and very little wait. Paul was great. He explained what was going to happen and when my brace was ready he listened and answered my questions. I'm doing much better now. Thanks
Excellent customer service. We needed adjustments to brace and they fixed promptly and perfectly. Explained how to use clearly too.
