A great truck accessory business. Great people from owner to the workers. Bill was very helpful. He talked with me several times until I decided on a retrax bed cover. The installation process went smoothly and quickly. The next day, I noticed a crack in the cover(was not there the day before). I called Bill, and he handled the warranty stuff and then installed a new one a couple of weeks later when it came in. If I need any more truck stuff while I'm in this town, he will be the one I call. Thanks again to you and the guys!
The guys at Mid-South Line-X (aka Mid-South Truck Gear) did a fantastic job on my 2017 Nissan Titan. I had an unusual request to spray Line-X not only on my bed, but also both bumpers and the entire grill assembly. You can see the results for yourself in the attached pics. It looks exactly how I wanted it to look and I couldn't be happier with the quality. Highly recommended!
John and the crew at the Olive Branch location took great care of my new 5th Gen Ram Laramie. The liner looks awesome and great care was taken with the vehicle. There are no flaws in the spray or any overspray, dents or scratches anywhere on the truck. They even took special care to not cover the bed light blanks as I'm planning on having the factory bed lights installed at the dealer later. In November, I purchased a cover and a spray in bedliner. The prices were great. The work was excellent. Just recently I had some issues with my tailgate. Billy and Joe knew exactly what to do to access the tailgate linkage under the cover. It was fixed in a jiffy. No damage to truck, tailgate, or liner. I can wholeheartedly recommend these guys for your truck bed needs.
From the first phone call will Bill to the finish product dealing with Joseph it was a pleasant experience. They were running a little behind and instead of me having to call or showing up and my truck not being done, Joseph called me ahead of time to let me know he would be staying late to make sure my truck was finished. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous,professional people and environment. Would and will use them again for the bed liner in my project truck!
