I had a great experience at ************* on my visit. Faith did deep cleaning on my right side. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions patiently before she started. After the cleaning she took couple pictures of my right side teeth and show them to the dentist on duty.She came back did more cleaning on one tooth. I usually don't write these but had to, as this office goes way above and beyond to help customers (me) in all aspects!! Every visit I'm greeted by friendly staff. My cleanings are always very thorough and professional. Really enjoy this practice their staff and all 4 dentists that they have, all very knowledgeable and will always take time to address any and all concerns I've had.
My experience with Middleton Family Dentistry has been excellent every single time! Its evident they are dedicated to educating their patients on the options of the care and treatment available to them and explain them in a way thats easy to understand. Everyone from the doctors, the hygiene staff, the dental assistants and the front desk are all very well educated in their field and go above and beyond to treat patients like me with kindness, and that doesnt go unnoticed! I wouldnt want to be seen anywhere else!
I’ve been to both of the Middleton Family Dentistry locations, both of which provide a nice clean environment with very friendly staff! I’ve had a great experience with everything from routine cleanings to crowns that Dr. O’Hara did an amazing job on. Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and the dental work is high quality. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Was referred by a family member. Big mistake, my wife had a root canal done which we now have to have endodontist fix. Extremely rude staff when questioned about mistakes. They should limit their procedure to cleaning.
Dental work done incorrectly, crown didn't fit, came off 3 or more times. Went back in several times, to have them fix it and it kep tcoming off they gave no resolution. I wound up swallowing the crown and im still paying on it. I deserve a refund.

It's a shame that I have to write this review. Every member of that office was always so nice and kind. HOWEVER, that does NOT cancel out bad business! I had a poorly done crown that had to be fixed by another doctor, to which I still have issues with. I also had a terrible experience trying to get a custom night guard. Firstly, I was told it would take about two weeks to get in and after not hearing from them for over four weeks I called to check the status only to discover it was there, they had just never called me.
