My first visit was excellent. No wait time. Office staff were very friendly, courteous and considerate. Dr. Puccio was thorough, made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions in terms I could understand. Love the idea of everything being done in one building. To be continued......

I had a low discomfort root canal procedure done by Dr. Bauer. It was as much fun as a nice root canal job could be. Really not that bad and no negative after effects. Good work!
Great service, staff was attentative, very modern, and the Dr Puccio was informative.
The office staff is very professional and the medical equipment appears very modern. I went in to get a second opinion because was highly recommended. The dentist seemed very knowledgable. I intend to return for dental work.
It was good. I like the fact that for once the appointment time was good. I didn't have to wait a long time to be helped. My only issue was that the girl at the front desk greeting the patients was not very pleasant. I've never seen her there before so I figure she didn't know who I was, she didn't even ask for my name and just asked me to have a sit. Overall everyone/everything was good.

Well, I just wanted to say that compared to the last time I had this work done, this was a breeze. It couldn't have gone better. Dr. Fred and Dr. Tom held my hand through the whole process. Thank you both so much.
