I couldn't recommend this facility enough. We got in on a promotional deal and stayed due to the excellent facility, ease of access, and ability to have payments be automatic. The air controlled unit inside kept all our belongings safe while we were between homes. Warren is an excellent communicator and after having other experiences in town, was refreshing to deal with.

Morgan made getting my account set up a breeze.in a world of workers who really don't care there are very few Morgan’s. He sent me links, followed up to insure everything was ready for my arrival. I highly recommend Midlands and Morgan!

Friendly staff and grounds are well kept. Prices are a bit high as they just recently raised them and the get 1 month free deal is only for inside units which I did not know until after moving into my outside unit. Weather stripping on the bottom is worn and allows a lot of dust in. I would have probably given a 5 if I would have tented an inside unit.

Morgan at Midlands Village Storage was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He had me checked in no time. The driving surface is concrete, the units are near new, and Midlands Village has night lighting to assist in loading/unloading when you need it!

If I could give a zero I would!!! I was just locked inside the property for 20 minutes tried all exits along with another couple. We tried both vehicles within and inch or less and no sensors went off to open ant either exit, tried waving our hands and everything we could think of, still were locked inside their property and when it was finally addressed I was told it was my fault. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Hope they end up locked in a storage facility and told " oh well"
