I have just rented a storage space at Printer's Court, a storage facility near the Grand Junction Airport managed by Jonathan and Morgan, who are physically at Midlands Village and employed by Storage Pro, a California-based storage management company that has just assumed responsibility for a number of Grand Junction storage facilities (including Printer's Court). The staff of this place, manager, even district manager are top notch! Amazing people, willing to help in any way they can. Super amazing, down to earth and have made my experiences with Midlands superb! Wouldn’t rent anywhere else in the Junction area!

Storage pro has taken over as property management for hill and homes at pipe ct. They are now charging a $17 "customer protection plan" without contract to do so on top of the rental unit fee. The letter I received in the mail a couple of weeks ago says to call if you would like to opt out. So I did just that. They reversed the charge and that very same day, charged me again! Being that they are not an insurance company and are not licensed to sell insurance, it is illegal for them to add this charge. They also have refused ... read more

This place was definitely clean & Mike was very nice & professional. However when my husband & I got unit, paid the $35, & signed paperwork.We thought everything was great, & this was like the 28th of the month when we went in. Not even a week later received message & email stating we were already late for payment. We didn't even have a chance to put our stuff in storage unit yet. The Facilities are excellent. The small and medium sized units are inside the buildings while the larger units are accessible from the outside of the buildings. They are temperature controlled units as well so no worrying about certain items getting too cold or hot. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions or help any way they can.
