Facilities were clean, easy to access, had reasonable pricing and Morgan was always super helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely rent a space from them again if I needed it in the future.

This might be the best storage facility in GJ. Competitive pricing, easy location, clean, responsive. Morgan in the office was great, made the process a breeze. I had a unit for about 8 months, would use again.
Got my mom's stuff out of her unit and cleaned it. Went to office at like 2.30 pr so, sign on door said will be back at 8.30. I assume the next day. Called same day and nobody answered, left voicemail. Called next day again no answer left voicemail and still a few days later no response. I called 3 times today and same thing nobody answered and says they either on a line or out of office. I tried the website and even with live chat to find out nobody is available still.
