From the first moment I became interested in renting at Midtown Crossing, the experience has been superb. Seth was immediately welcoming and went above and beyond with every step of the process. Then, once I moved in, the maintenance crew of Chad and Jeff were fast and friendly, happy to answer questions and even volunteering to help with a couple side tasks that weren't even on the maintenance ticket! Very prompt handling of maintenance requests. They usually come take care of the request the next day. Leasing office staff is helpful and friendly whenever I call them.
Maintenance does an amazing job every time I have put in a maintenance request here. They are SO prompt, I have to make sure I’m ready for them to show up within 5–0 minutes of me submitting the request, and always so pleasant, professional and helpful. They get the jobs done and they do them quickly and seem genuinely happy to help and to answer any questions as well. The most reliable maintenance I’ve ever had out of anywhere I’ve lived, I’m so grateful for them!
They’ve come both times within the day I submit the request! Very kind and respectful. I wasn’t home this recent time and they left my apartment as it was! I appreciate them very much!!
I relocated here and have been very pleased. They have a new management company CIP and I have been impressed. They are extremely responsive to all macitence requests (hard working), the office staff is very kind and the location is beautiful. There is always something cool in Turner Park and they have been very accommodating. I recommend!
