I been renting for about 2 in a half years, never had a problem with anything, I feel safe ,and I trust midtown mini storage, to store my stuff.100/percent safe place
They allow people to cut locks off your unit even after your paid in full and nothing gets done but now they wanna charge you more for some insurance cause they can’t keep your stuff safe at this point. I’m very disappointed in this storage unit and I will never use them again
Easy, convenient and the move out was a smooth process. If I need storage again id use them.
they have worked with me when i should gave been lost my belongings they gave me chance after chance.
