Excellent! My appointment was2:30 pm, I arrived 15 minutes earlier, the young man who took my vital was so knowledgeable and nice. He explained to me all the tests that he performed. Then, he came back with the results and a few minutes later the PA enter in the room and went over my results. At the end I got the letter for my job and my RX was sent to my pharmacy. It was so fast and the recepcionist, medical assistant and PA were very nice and took care of my illness.
We had a very good experience this morning! Our daughter woke up with a high fever and we were able to get in right away. The receptionist and MA were great and welcoming. The provider was very friendly and worked really well with my 7 year old. They made the effort to make sure the pharmacy nearby was open so we could get her medicine today. They really went above and beyond. Thanks!
Great experience here - after making an appointment, I showed up early and was able to be seen early. I got a very small piece of glass stuck in my finger and the PA was able to get it out successfully. All the staff were very helpful and the facility was clean. Would return if I had any urgent care needs in the future!
Everyone at this location was extremely kind and professional. I didn’t wait too long and was treated quickly. However I will most likely not be returning due to the cleanliness of the location. The walls, floors and baseboards in the exam room were filthy and it looked like there was a layer of dirt and dust in every corner. All furniture was dated and broken. I’ve been a patient of Dr Woolfolk at the urgent care on 33rd and Lexington Ave for several years. She is extremely smart, professional, patient and always engages her patients with a warm and positive attitude. I can’t recommend her enough.
