I like the service in general, the staff was really nice the only thing was the lady at the front desk she was a little aggressive when I told her I only had the paper they give you at the dmv office and she ask for the photo id which I don’t have yet she was very upset by it. Other than that great service!
Everyone was very nice and professional. I liked my doctor a lot. She was on point. I got all the tests I wanted on the spot, including IV treatment which not all urgent care facilities have. I used their pre appointment system which saved me time getting in.
This is my third visit and as before,it was excellent. Though it wasn’t really necessary, I made an appointment the night before. The place was not busy and I received good attention right away. Everyone was very pleasant, and the doctor was excellent. Highly recommend
I will continuously choose New York Doctors Urgent care every single time. The front desk is so friendly and quick. I was quickly placed into a room where the nurse came in quickly did my vitals and shortly was followed by the doctor. DOCTOR Bhingradia was sooooooo nice and she really made sure I understood what was going on and that I got the proper care I needed. The visit was so quick and effective. I am visiting for work. My company sent me a referral here and I filled out the form online to make an appointment. I went in and got a prescription. I asked the receptionist to change the CVS address from what I had filled out online because I am not from New York and realised there is a CVS on every corner and I had picked one initially that was far away.
