I really enjoy living here. The property manager that came on in 2024, Audriannah, is incredibly helpful and runs the building so well. Lately, the new maintenance technician, Josh, has also been extremely helpful too. He’s fixed things quickly and on his first visit every time, and he’s also been very friendly :)

I love this place. Our Property Manager is amazing! Great response time if anything goes wrong, she communicates very well with the tenants in the building. The place is well kept clean, And I love my view.

Josh, who just started doing building repairs, is incredibly helpful, prompt and kind! I felt very safe with him in my apartment and he was energetic and attentive to my maintenance needs, while asking lots of questions and providing a very detailed timeline for follow up work.

Josh did a great job identifying the problem with our old faucet and installing a new one, and even though there were delays, they were always communicating with us. Having maintenance in the building is super helpful. Thank you!

I love my apartment and have lived in the building since it opened in early 2022. However, lack of security cameras or a package delivery notification system are constant problems for residents. I have had packages opened, stolen and left to sit in the office for more than a week without any attempt to walk it to the package room or let me know I had a package delivered. In July someone hit my vehicle while parked in the lot, causing nearly $5K in damage. There are no security cameras in the parking lot and the property mana... read more
