I love this place. Our Property Manager is amazing! Great response time if anything goes wrong, she communicates very well with the tenants in the building. The place is well kept clean, And I love my view.

Josh, who just started doing building repairs, is incredibly helpful, prompt and kind! I felt very safe with him in my apartment and he was energetic and attentive to my maintenance needs, while asking lots of questions and providing a very detailed timeline for follow up work.

Josh did a great job identifying the problem with our old faucet and installing a new one, and even though there were delays, they were always communicating with us. Having maintenance in the building is super helpful. Thank you!

Audriannah, the manager, is the best there ever is! She has made my move in process easy with her quick responses, checking in with me during the application process, ensuring documents are all submitted to get me approved FAST! Even when she is not in office, her team such as Jordan, are following her strong communication skills and guidance, making sure the place is taken care of. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Me and my family felt so comfortable with the moving in process. The apartment was very clean and everything was first class. The leasing manager on site was so helpful and made our experience one of the best.
