Not sure of his name I belive Hugo first bay when you pull in. First of all made a appointment for March 2nd about 5 days before the appointment. Showed up on time discussed all my issues and he informed he made a mistake that there was no diesel mechanic available! Ok fine maybe should of called me to tell me that instead of wasting my time. I will go to this dealership every time now!!! There staff and service is the best ive ever seen! The service department attendent that helped me his name was "Z" . He was on point and followed up with everything from car-rental to updates on parts and the labor being performed. He delt with insurance and warrenty also. That guy deserves a raise and Employee of the year award! This place likes to waste your time. I scheduled an appointment for a recall. Show up, Gavin says they don’t have enough time to fix it and rescheduled. I ended up just going home. I was sick at the time of the reschedule and had to change that one. I spent 4 days calling the phone number Gavin had given me with no answer or return call. I called to reschedule with Chevy and they didn’t even know about the appointment. She set one up for the week after. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Utterly Disorganized and Frustrating Experience I called Midway Chevrolet about a week and a half ago regarding the two recalls on my vehicle. I gave all my information and was told the parts would take about a week to ten days to arrive. I was assured someone would contact me once they came in. I always work with Hugh he is great with the service appointments. He is very professional courteous and always greet you with a smile. My husband and I only bring our vehicles to the 23rd Ave. and Bell location. We do recommend this dealership to anybody that is looking for a new car. Thank you again you for your great service.
