This dealership’s service center is a complete disaster. I made an appointment five days in advance for warranty work on my car. On the day of the appointment (Monday), they informed me that it would take three to four days to fix it. I went in on Thursday to get an oil change for my wife’s car, only to be told that they wouldn’t even look at my truck until the following Monday morning. I would not recommend doing business with Midway Chevrolet. Every experience I’ve had has been a nightmare. Trust all of the 1 star reviews. Horrible communication, their ETAs are never accurate, and you, the customer, have to constantly call the shop to get any updates. They do not proactively communicate and their approach to managing the shop seems very inefficient. I made my appointment two weeks in advance. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Utterly Disorganized and Frustrating Experience I called Midway Chevrolet about a week and a half ago regarding the two recalls on my vehicle. Charged my warranty $724.69 for a repair that was never done. Went to Midway Chevrolet and dealt with Kevin Burgos. They billed my Endurance Warranty Services on March 27 for a washer reservoir replacement. I never signed anything. Never paid a deductible. Never approved any charges. My car is still leaking from the same spot. I have photos. There’s a $74.29 charge under my name that I never paid. Not sure of his name I belive Hugo first bay when you pull in. First of all made a appointment for March 2nd about 5 days before the appointment. Showed up on time discussed all my issues and he informed he made a mistake that there was no diesel mechanic available! Ok fine maybe should of called me to tell me that instead of wasting my time.
