I always work with Hugh he is great with the service appointments. He is very professional courteous and always greet you with a smile. My husband and I only bring our vehicles to the 23rd Ave. and Bell location. We do recommend this dealership to anybody that is looking for a new car. Thank you again you for your great service.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Utterly Disorganized and Frustrating Experience I called Midway Chevrolet about a week and a half ago regarding the two recalls on my vehicle. I gave all my information and was told the parts would take about a week to ten days to arrive. I was assured someone would contact me once they came in. Overall check in was a breeze Luis Aviles was my advisor he was very personable and very nice. When arriving into the service center he checked everything and advised me it would be a 2 hour wait. It ended up being over 2 hours however besides the wait everything went well. Thank you Luis for your assistance.
Scheduled an oil change was told it would take about an hour and a half. Three hours go by no one had came to get me from the lobby. I see my truck is sitting out on end of their driveway. They said oh yeah we can check you out. It was probably sitting there for sometime and no one had coming to get me or let me know it was done. Very disappointed with the professionalism of this place, I do not suggest going here for any work.
Daniel, the service manager, figured out what was wrong with my car in 3 days! The dealership where I live couldn’t figure it out in over 30 days having my car! Hands down best service and a place you can trust they won’t jack you over with just wanting to bill your warranty for unnecessary stuff. (The dealership where I live did over $10,000 in suspension work) Charged me a realignment as a copay and Daniel was the one that informed its covered by the extended warranty!
