I recently had my GMC Elevation in for transmission problem. It was warranty work. I was told he would contact me to let me know what was wrong and if it’s covered under warrant. Never happened. He call the week after he said he would to tell me it’s done. Only when I went pick it up. They had broken my windshield. He literally started off by asking if I had glass coverage.
