UPDATED- thank you for the timely response(owner) but it isn’t accurate. I attached the screenshot from your website citing 365/24/7 access. Also, my daughter was there between 8-5 with no access. Finally, your own property management company told us there was a combination lock which is not correct( see previous poster). Waiting 3.5 hours to get padlocked chain off 24/7 access. Customer service states someone on their way and hangs up. Poor service, poor communication. Poorly run business
I’d give zero stars if I were able! No access at all. Gate code doesn’t work. No way I’m leaving anything behind a gate I can’t access. Asked to cancel immediately. We didn’t step foot in this place, but of course, according to their customer service, they don’t do refunds.
Nice, pleasant and respectful. Responded the same day I requested a reservation and wasn’t a hassle to finalize the paperwork.👍
