Updating this review on 10/10/2025 - I wanted to add another note of awesomeness to my original review. Today is a bittersweet day for my storage relationship with Midway. My family is no longer in need of this storage unit so I called and spoke with a wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable representative named Ruth. Sam made this experience very quick and easy! She answered every question I had and helped me get the perfect unit for my belongings !
Sam was very helpful. We got everything done remotely without any problems and she explained everything to my satisfaction.
