Patricia did an excellent job today helping me set up my storage unit. The process was an easy over the phone experience. I highly recommend!
Anna was very helpful today, answering all our questions and making sure we understood what we needed to do for a smooth process of closing out our unit since we no longer need it. Updating this review on 10/10/2025 - I wanted to add another note of awesomeness to my original review. Today is a bittersweet day for my storage relationship with Midway. My family is no longer in need of this storage unit so I called and spoke with a wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable representative named Ruth.
