I visited the dental office last week for an examination. First, I arrived to my appointment early and they were actually able to take me in earlier than planned. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes with absolutely no wait which is extraordinarily rare for dental offices. Secondly, the staff is second to none when it comes to customer service. They were able to squeeze us in when my daughter was having an issue with one of her teeth, as well as do both of our cleanings. The process was explained beforehand, so we always knew what to expect. The doctor was able to tell us what the issue was and how to resolve it. I am very thankful that they were able to get us in during our time of need.
Great kid care, but mediocre care for adults. From desk customer service is hit or miss. They use to be better.
Honestly have been happy with every person I have dealt with. Dr Leavitt gave me options & did a great job. The other staff, from the front office to the dental assistant to the hygienist were friendly, helpful and made me feel valued and comfortable in a space that historically causes me significant anxiety just walking into. Thank you all. Strongly recommend this dental practice.
