Everyone was incredibly kind and made me feel genuinely cared for. Staff was pretty quick as well. I had to get a shot and I am a big baby when it comes to needles, Jessica gave me the vaccine and I couldn't feel the needle go in in the slightest! Jessica was absolutely wonderful to be helped by and I would probably ask for her again the next time I go.
From start to finish this was hands down one of the most efficient and most effective clinics I have been to not only with the work but with morale. When you walk in you don’t just leave feeling how you felt you feel better Britt(the receptionist) makes the time fly by making you comfortable and making you smile and laugh. The staff at this location is always very friendly and helpful. Even when they are short on staffing (like they were during our appointment), Britt, the nurse who was also checking clients in at the door, was so polite and gave compassion to those that were waiting.
I’m from Maryland. The medical receptionist was very kind, and so professional and caring. The entire medical team is professional and caring. I received exceptional service from the start of my urgent appointment visit to the finish, and the team ensured that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy, and able to get back on the road.
