On the phone for 10 mins and I kept asking was anyone there. She didn't even put me on hold I could hear people in the background and that's not very professional. Please put people on hold correctly

You can call and ask questions about wait times, appointments, check in and they will lie right to you. They will tell you they try to get people in and out within an hour. I have been waiting for 2 hours to be seen. I have asked for updates on the queue and have been lied to and told I am up next 4 times. I don't recommend this place unless you have no option. I would leave but I have to get my birth control removed and it is an outpatient procedure. Update: After 2 hours I was finally taken to triage where my blood pressur... read more
