We had the best experience! I truly appreciate how fast, professional, and clean it was! Britt, Raven, Patrice, and Laura….a DREAM TEAM! When your baby is sick, you need a little understanding and patience, they truly embodied that. I feel well taken care of. Thank y’all so so much!
Raven and Brittany both were friendly and warm. They made me feel welcomed. They were very encouraging. Dealing with health issues can sometimes be very discouraging. However, Raven and Brittany's beautiful spirits ushered in joy and laughter. Josephine was very attentive, compassionate, and caring. She answered all of my questions. I could tell that she genuinely cared about my situation. It was a good experience overall.
I'm actually sitting here in the clinic, waiting for the doc. I have to say, this is such a nice place. The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I'm getting my DOT physical, and they are as good as any office that charges a lot more. I've seen all sorts of walk-in patients pass through--school sports physicals to folks getting stitched up for minor stuff--and I haven't heard any complaints about wait times or anything. This location is awesome! I do not wait and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I personally love Josephine! She has a wonderful personality and has a very good attitude towards my daughters! Britt R is a nice and patient MA! I had a NP Marie Patrice and she is awsone! I would definitely recommend her to get seen by.
I will return to Midwest Express Clinic in the future, I felt welcomed and the issues I came in for were addressed in a timely manner. Everyone that I had contact with was Pleasant, and Professional. I rate them five star! Great job Ladies keep up the great job you are doing.
