Very friendly and efficient service. Receptionist was welcoming and triage nurse was very efficient.
Very friendly staff, clean and fast service! Will definitely come back and recommend to others. I can't wait for them to add the IV Hydration service. :)

I had a very frustrating experience at this urgent care. I needed them to sign some forms for my FMLA at work, and they told me they would send the fax to the insurance company. However, they never did. When I called afterward, they told me it was my responsibility to send the documents, completely denying that they had said they would fax them. After she said that, she hung up the phone on me. This was incredibly unprofessional and left me in a difficult situation with my job.
This review is specifically for Toya Woods. I've been very frustrated with my interaction with her for many reasons. First, she never contacted me about my x-ray results despite me calling and leaving messages asking for a return call multiple times a day (for 4 days after my x-ray). Instead, Midwest Clinic just emailed me a pdf of my x-ray results without any message or explanation, which was extremely unprofessional and quite frankly alarming from the patient's perspective. I have been dealing with a bill for almost a year now and the office manager has not called me back. I have written letters, called, stopped in the clinic and never heard back from Margarita. Toya Woods billed incorrectly for lab work and they will not resubmit to Quest. This is unacceptable!
