I had a very quality experience here. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but the staff saw me quickly. The check-in process was quick, and everyone was very nice.

I'm the type of person that avoids hospitals or clinics at all costs. I don't have insurance and I don't have the time. But in this case it was sort of an urgent/last call situation. I injured my ankle falling off a bicycle, I put up with the pain as best I could, but after 25 days and still pain and having trouble walking I did some research with podiatrist and private practices. My toddler had fever spikes for a few days and I was able to get into see a doctor right away. The entire visit was very quick and a pleasure to be welcomed with a friendly staff. Doctor Mark was very informative and gave us his full attention to diagnose my daughters ear infection. Definitely would come here again when needed.

I was refused care for my 10 month old due to them needing a card on file. I gave my BCBS insurance and my HRA card which can only be used for medical expenses. Well the receptionist decided to run the card for $1 which was declined because the card can only be used for medical purposes. I have insurance and a payment card and they refused my daughter care who really needed it. That says a lot about this place. I would not recommend this urgent care!
I had tests done for a pre-operative evaluation and they never called me with the results. I called them and they said there are no doctors at that clinic who can give me the results.
