I came in with concerns about a swollen foot needing x-rays. It was Sunday. So l was so happy to find an urgent care open which could do a X-ray and had staff present who could do it for me. From the time I got there, until I left, I was treated kindly and respectfully. I saw the CMA, the FNP (Jennifer) and X-Ray staff and was fitted for a boot. I was only there about an hour. As a retired nurse, I recommend the services at Midwest Urgent Care.
Everyone here is extremely nice and very attentive. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors that are at the clinic. They actually take the time to listen to you. Other locations just make you feel like you’re going through a revolving door and just charging your insurance. I am very grateful to be near such and amazing clinic like this one to where I can go and know that they will take great care of you and not just treat you like a dollar sign.
We went on a Sunday the waiting room was packed. The staff did a great job of getting everyone in and out in a timely manner. The nurse I believe her name was Z was great! Very friendly and helpful with my daughter.
This urgent care facility has exceptional patient care and staff. My entire experience from check-in to check-out was thorough but quick. The staff was understanding of my condition and really seemed interested in helping me feel better. They did everything they could to assess my symptoms and get me home with the correct treatment. Midwest, thank you for helping me feel better!
Eric the Nurse Practitioner was amazing. Great listener. Very pleasant demeanor. The staff was pleasant and very efficient. Was going to go have my flu shot at Target but they offered them for affordable price so I added it too.
