I always come here for any needs! Never had a bad experience, Kimberly was very nice to my daughter and attentive! It’s always clean in here I always choose this location faster than the hospital too🥲
Nurse Kimberly was absolutely amazing during my intake. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, heard, and at ease. She asked thoughtful questions, listened patiently to all of my concerns, and showed genuine compassion throughout the entire process. Her calm and professional demeanor made a big difference, especially while I was feeling anxious. Kimberly is a true example of what excellent patient care looks like kind and attentive.
From the front desk to triage to care…SUPERLATIVE! Kimberly made me feel like family! My provider, Ashley(?) was also AMAZING!! These women including the young lady at the desk were so attentive and caring, I will come here for every possible need and refer everyone I know! Telling all my friends to bring their kids here for sports physicals!! Can’t say enough good things about being treated like an actual HUMAN by your urgent care staff. They are AMAZING!!!!!
They are the nicest staff at the front desk to the nurses and medical team. They took care of us right away for our health needs. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I will be returning for all our emergent needs. Thanks to to you all. My daughter was pretty sick with a high fever. They got us in right away. Very thorough, timely and compassionate. The whole team was really great. I have gone there many times and never had a bad experience with any of the staff.
From the time we step foot in the clinic it was a instant vibe the lady at the front check in was very cheerful and welcoming then Kimberly took us back she was so welcoming friendly a beautiful smile and the vibe in the clinic was AWESOME!!!! They had fun awesome music playing! It was very clean! The NP was the bomb.com so friendly and nice ! Beautiful smiles everywhere!
