Our nurse Kim was very nice to my daughter and I and was very efficient. The receptionist was fantastic. Overall the staff is wonderful. Compared to other urgent care facilities, we didn’t feel rush to get seen. The providers and staff listen and provided us with advice and great information. 10/10
Very quick service. All staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Front desk experience was great, along with the doctor and tech I saw. Would recommend this clinic. It was a clean environment as well
I brought my son in with a fever, diarrhea and vomiting (he even vomited in your clinic). Three test was performed. COVID, Strep Throat and the Flu. I was told they all came back negative. As a mother you know something is wrong. Your baby is sick, real sick. I was able to get him an urgent appointment the next day with his PCP. You know what was found. FLU. My baby has the FLU. I brought him in because he was very sick, and you tell me all is well. He has a virus but don't know what type of virus. All alone he has the FLU!!... read more
Perfection.. All around!!! Especially the receptionist. I don't wanna butcher her her name (RaShanda maybe-So sorry 😩) but I'm sure she gets Tons of great feedback. I called ahead, & she made me eager about coming in!! But everyone else was great too. What an awesome experience. Will DEFINITELY recommend and visit again if needed...
When I stepped into the office, there were several people there and I was greeted by the front desk lady who was very polite. I had to wait about 15 minutes and was called into the back where the nurse was very kind and very easy to ask questions to. When the nurse practitioner came in, I believe her name was Stephanie. She’s very thorough and very kind and helped me through my situation. I would recommend going here if you cannot get to your primary doctor they did a great job. Thanks again guys.
