Very quick service. All staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Front desk experience was great, along with the doctor and tech I saw. Would recommend this clinic. It was a clean environment as well
Our nurse Kim was very nice to my daughter and I and was very efficient. The receptionist was fantastic. Overall the staff is wonderful. Compared to other urgent care facilities, we didn’t feel rush to get seen. The providers and staff listen and provided us with advice and great information. 10/10
They are the nicest staff fr the front desk to the nurses and medical team. They took care of us right away for our health needs. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I will be returning for all our emergent needs. Thanks to to you all.
The staff is super nice and considerate. Almost no wait time, place is very clean and well taken care of, will come here again.
I’ve been to a few Midwest express clinic, but this location in Matteson was a breath of fresh air. The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly, patient and informative. If I do have to return, this location will be my preferred clinic. Huge S/O to Kimberly and Ashley for taking great care of me!
