Efficient front desk assistance, the nurse was helpfully inquisitive, and the nurse practitioner had perfect bedside manner. Even the xray tech gave good instructions to get the best images. I was in and out in a timely manner and still felt like everyone wanted to help me be well. The waiting area and exam rooms were clean as well.

Very fast and efficient care. The doctor was great, he explained everything, he also took the time to explain what to look for in the future. We went in for a sick visit and the type of care we received was just as if we were at my son's regular physician. I did the online check-in and it was not a long wait at all.

Been here twice so far for a bad cold or virus. They tested me for strep, Covid and 2 forms of the flu. All negative. Gave me a decent physical and both times I got in and out fairly quickly. Also saw a PA named Brenda. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable while expressing she cares about her patients. The rest of the staff is also tops in my book. Five stars all around. Best service and care.

Lost specimen. Got another one two or three days later. Never called with results. Had to call them two weeks later. Results provided don't coincide with date of retest. Sounds fishy.

Don't take your children to this Midwest express clinic, Natalie sanfratillo works there she likes to make things up after not even examining them and calling DCFS on you she misrepresents herself as a doctor when she's a nurse practitioner.Be very careful go to the emergency room instead of here.

Seem to have had the same experience as other commenter, was waiting for an extended period of time and staff was very unhelpful.

Never greeted, no other patients in the clinic being serviced, staff laughed in the back for about 30 mins until I grabbed my stuff and my child and left out. When called to address the situation and get understanding, staff acted as if they were at the front the entire time. Never contacted corporate for any business ever until after I visited this clinic. unprofessional to say the least.
