Rachel at the front desk and Brittany, the NP were the best! Jose too! They all were very nice. Rachel and Brittany also went above and beyond calling me back after hours so I can get my prescriptions! Excellent service here!
Michelle and Sheena are the best physicians. They made me feel comfortable and secure about what I came in for. Even suggested where to eat for lunch very bright women. Fast and efficient!! Thank you for your service. This is my favorite location. I can’t always count of them to take care of me and my children when we visit!
I arrived at 12:25. The lady at the front desk was nice. Only 1 person ahead of me I got a room within 5 minutes. I was thinking wow this is going to be fast.I sat in the room waiting for the doctor for 45mins. I can hear the works laughing and taking. I walk out of the room to see whats going on. this was my first time coming to this location. but i will not be coming here ever again. the lady in front was very nice but the staff in the back was just not it. the doctor just didn’t understand the pain i was getting and took it like a normal pain. i was getting bad cramps (it was a pain i never felt) she basically laughed and said it was normal because of my period. i know it’s normal having cramps on a period but she didn’t understand my pain was bad. she then stepped out and seem like she was laughing. shit wasn’t fu... read more
Dezja, Kaitlin and Brittany were great. I came in for a simple ear cleaning and they treated me with the utmost urgency and care. I will always be coming back here for care.
