The receptionist was very patient and helpful when I was there with my Grandson a few weeks ago. The entire staff was just great. I recommend any one who need any immediate care to stop by Midwest and you will be very pleased with the service.5 stars
My son was seen here! Such an amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Also, I was in and out! No long wait whatsoever. I really enjoyed the medical assistant and doctor that assisted us. Usually when my son goes to doctor he cries and is afraid. The staff made him so comfortable, had him laughing and he even got a gift bag from the MA. I would definitely recommend this facility. Very clean facility, fast service, and friendly staff.
This place is amazing. Everybody from the xray tech in the from to the staff. The place is clean professional and friendly. They should have 3 of these in every neighborhood
I been coming here every since they opened and received nothing but great service from the front desk to the physician. If I'm not mistaken the nurse practitioner also been here from the beginning. Very clear explaining everything. It sure beats sitting in the ER for 10-16 hours especially if you just going in for cold, flu,covid symptoms. Just found out I've of the great practitioners is leaving after the end of April 😔😭. Hey if it's a better life for her and her family I wish her the best.
