Michelle and Sheena are the best physicians. They made me feel comfortable and secure about what I came in for. Even suggested where to eat for lunch very bright women. Fast and efficient!! Thank you for your service. This is my favorite location. I can’t always count of them to take care of me and my children when we visit!
I arrived at 12:25. The lady at the front desk was nice. Only 1 person ahead of me I got a room within 5 minutes. I was thinking wow this is going to be fast.I sat in the room waiting for the doctor for 45mins. I can hear the works laughing and taking. I walk out of the room to see whats going on. I was told the doctor will be with me soon shes closing out charts... after 10 more minutes the doctor finally came into the room. You can clearly tell she didnt wanna be there. The front desk lady was very helpful. I’m an amputee and she filled out the paperwork for me. The triage nurse was very friendly and knowledgeable. And then The nurse practitioner Ms. Batton was very nice and gave me very good instructions on the best way to heal my injury. There was no wait either. They are a great option for small things instead of waiting 20 hours in an emergency room. I will definitely go here if I need to again.
At first I gave this place five stars because I was in and out so quickly and everyone was so polite. However, as a follow up, I have made four phone calls and I cannot get anyone to call me back regarding my prescription so unfortunately I’m changing my rating until I hear back
Kaitlyn at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Gia, medical assistant was very nice and professional as was nurse practitioner Brittany. Very smooth running. Enjoyable experience!
