Receptionist is kind, helpful and friendly. Dr. Wilson and nurse Tiffany are awesome!!!! They are kind and passionate. Explaining each step. The clinic is very clean. If you need care this is a great place to go for medical treatment. This place is much better than my current doctor office!!! Thank you Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care!!!!!
My husband had an abscess on his finger. I pre registered him online and we walked in on a Saturday morning. ZERO wait time. He was taken to the back and checked in, then Dr. Wilson performed the I&D and the tech wrapped him up. We were in and out in 45 min. Best experience! Everyone was friendly and the clinic is spotless! Thank you!
I loved this place. It was clean, well organized, and structured well. This was my first time going there. The wait time was far less than other urgent cares. The staff were very helpful, polite and caring. My daughter was seen efficiently and professionally. I will definitely go there again if need be. One advice, sign up online for faster service. You should be in and out in an hour.
The staff is super polite and transparent! The clinic is clean and well equipped, the prices are affordable😊. I would go again!
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The bed side manner was amazing and so comforting in an uncomfortable situation. They had me in and out fast with a follow up appointment scheduled. Definitely recommend for your urgent care needs.
