Des was great when I walked in greeted me quickly and sweetly had me laughing and welcomed. Shawna got my vitals quickly and efficiently didn’t make me feel bad for being on the plus side. Shawna kept me laughing and gave me encouragement to keep pushing! Taria was a great NP sweet and lovely! Can’t wait to see them again but on a regular visit nothing major! Love the team.

Okay so first let me start by saying, I am NOT the type to take the time to make a negative review, let alone complain. But I have to speak on this: I had a very unsettling experience a few moments ago here at Midwest. There was an African American woman with a pixie cut, small in stature, (I can’t think of her name but it may have started with a T). Visited this location and had a great experience. The staff was very attentive and thorough. Everyone was very polite from the receptionist to the doctor. Dr. Lenell took excellent care of my son. I’m very grateful and would recommend.
