Best immediate care experience ever! Hospitality with a comfortable waiting area. Reasonable wait time. The nurse and doctor were top notch. I've told 5 people about my great care from your clinic in the last 24 hours.
Everyone, literally everyone from the front desk to the assistants/nurses, NP and MD are amazing. I love how quick the appointments are, I love how clean and welcoming this clinic is. The patient flow runs so smooth, they all listen and answer all of your questions. Let me also mention that they are fantastic with toddlers/kids. Thank you all so much for the attentive care.
Everyone was great from the moment I walked in. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. The nurse taking my BP and drawing my blood was just as friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The provider came in to help with my blood draw and they both were so gentle! I come to Midwest Express clinic yearly for my TB test and I always highly recommend it to others!
I’ve been coming to this clinic weekly for injections, and every visit has been a positive experience. The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I recently brought my son in for a sick visit, and they took great care of him, making sure he was comfortable and well looked after. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care.
I would like to say their office was very short staffed at the time I went HOWEVER, they handle themselves very professionally and you would've almost never even known. They didn't make me feel rushed, they still took their time to give patient care. I would definitely go back! The nurse that was there, she needs a RAISE! You don't find many employees like her especially in healthcare now a days! Tara the NP was amazing too! Very informative and took her time with you!
