Everyone, literally everyone from the front desk to the assistants/nurses, NP and MD are amazing. I love how quick the appointments are, I love how clean and welcoming this clinic is. The patient flow runs so smooth, they all listen and answer all of your questions. Let me also mention that they are fantastic with toddlers/kids. Thank you all so much for the attentive care.
Best immediate care experience ever! Hospitality with a comfortable waiting area. Reasonable wait time. The nurse and doctor were top notch. I've told 5 people about my great care from your clinic in the last 24 hours.
I was able to get a same day appointment after work. The nurse practitioner Shauna was very nice and thorough. The two triage staff took my vitals well. The receptionist was very nice. The wait time to see the nurse was less than 10 from my appointment time. At my appointment time, I was let into triage.
I’d give 6 if I could. This is a much larger Midwest Express clinic than others. And Gina was super helpful and informative. I normally frequent Willowbrook but I will never return there again. Westmont has nurses that are educated on the process and procedures and will help you out without hesitation. They double check their work and inform you on billing immediately! 10/10 thank you soo much.
That was the smoothest experience I've ever had going to any urgent care! By far the friendliest and most efficient urgent care I've ever been to, Provider Shauna Vandermey was so sweet and really looks after her patients. It was such a breathe of fresh air to have every person along the way be so helpful. 10/10
