This was truly the best experience I've ever had at an immediate care or walk-in clinic. I took my dad here for his gout while he was visiting from out of the country without insurance. From the receptionist to the nurse practitioner, everyone was outstanding--kind, efficient, and professional. After the visit, I called to switch the pharmacy for my dad's prescription, and they handled it in just 30 minutes--unbelievably fast service compared to anywhere else! I highly recommend this place!

I have never had such a loving and caring experience with a medical provider as I did here. The front desk staff person was so joyful and kind, as was the medical assistant, Jakayla. The nurse practitioner, Shauna Vandermey, immediately put me at ease with her warmth and compassionate care. She was continuously reassuring and loving in her communication. I left feeling so deeply cared for.

Extremely fast and efficient service, especially with regards to prescriptions: I was able to go straight from the clinic to my pharmacy and it was ready by the time I pulled into the drive thru

I needed to treat an infection. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable. The office is immaculate and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

I've been promised the results of my X-ray yesterday. Supposedly it was to take an hour from the time they were done. I've wasted well over an hour on the phone only to continually get put off. About 1.5 hours ago they claimed I would get a call back in twenty minutes. Still waiting with no answers. I'm still on hold as I type this up. They DO NOT care about their patients. Billing was first red flag because I have blue cross blue shield every copay is $20-$25 anywhere HERE $75! To not even get any help!!!! I have flu and I'm still dying when I asked doctor for doctors note I was stunned to see she was very adimant about getting me back for another doctors note like no I asked for four days to return before then if I felt better , well she gave me 2 and I'm still sick as a dog .
