This was an excellent experience from entering to a friendly, kind staff to having knowledgeable and compassionate medical professionals resolving our concerns. We will absolutely be returning and recommending Westmont's Midwest Express Clinic to our friends and family. Everyone, literally everyone from the front desk to the assistants/nurses, NP and MD are amazing. I love how quick the appointments are, I love how clean and welcoming this clinic is. The patient flow runs so smooth, they all listen and answer all of your questions. Let me also mention that they are fantastic with toddlers/kids. Thank you all so much for the attentive care.
I would like to say their office was very short staffed at the time I went HOWEVER, they handle themselves very professionally and you would've almost never even known. They didn't make me feel rushed, they still took their time to give patient care. I would definitely go back! The nurse that was there, she needs a RAISE! You don't find many employees like her especially in healthcare now a days! Tara the NP was amazing too! Very informative and took her time with you!
Everyone from the call, to the in person desk receptionist to the cna and the Nurse Practitioner Physician was absolutely fantastic! They all worked well together. They were seamless and professionally turned a long stressful drive from Chicago & rushed day into a wonderful fantastic worth the drive positive experience & visit. We will always come here as well as encourage everyone we know to do the same!
I’d give 6 if I could. This is a much larger Midwest Express clinic than others. And Gina was super helpful and informative. I normally frequent Willowbrook but I will never return there again. Westmont has nurses that are educated on the process and procedures and will help you out without hesitation. They double check their work and inform you on billing immediately! 10/10 thank you soo much.
