The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, just everyone was beyond polite professional. I was checked in quickly, was called into the back and had my vitals taken right away. the doctor came in and helped me right away. Honestly she is the first doctor that has been able to help me with the problem that I've had for many years now that so many doctors never took seriously and today in such a short time this wonderful doctor showed she truly cared about helping me get better. The school physical was affordable! from check in to vitals to examination, it was painless. I can't believe for only $30, we walked out with a task completed, a goodie bag including a full size apple juice, and a great memorable experience! Thanks, Midwest Express Clinic Crew on Pulaski!
If I could give this place a 0 starts I would. We were seen on the 30th of September and since then we have been getting the run around about my child's prescription. I called multiple times and nothing was done. Finally today I lost my patience and came up to the actual to complain about my child medication. Once they saw I was frustrated, they finally said they'll get to filling out her pre-authorization only for my dang pharmacy to tell me nothing got send over. I really enjoyed being here. I checked in online and once I got there it was quite simple. I love that they have a small table for children and a kids movie. My daughter (2 year old) was patiently waiting for her turn. The nurse was very nice and taking my daughter’s vitals was very simple. The pediatric room was very nice and I love that they had magnets. She was very entertained and it wasn’t a very long wait.
