The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, just everyone was beyond polite professional. I was checked in quickly, was called into the back and had my vitals taken right away. the doctor came in and helped me right away. The school physical was affordable! from check in to vitals to examination, it was painless. I can't believe for only $30, we walked out with a task completed, a goodie bag including a full size apple juice, and a great memorable experience! Thanks, Midwest Express Clinic Crew on Pulaski!
The whole staff was very nice. The doctor answered all of my questions and explained everything about my illnesses in detail to me. I was very happy with the care I received. Highly recommend this clinic.
The doctors contradict each other. A week ago my mom had gone in due to an accident at work and was told to leave the bandage on for a whole week. When we went back the new doctor that attended us told us she was only supposed to keep it on for 24 hours. When I asked why the other doctor said to keep it on for the whole week she was saying it didn’t matter if she kept it on 24 hours or a whole week, but due to the negligence of the other doctor the gauze was already stuck to the live flesh and was painful to take off.
