I took my daughter here for a sports physical the same day I scheduled it. MeMe at the front desk was very welcoming and kind from start to finish! Ashley the medical assistant made my daughter feel like a person by talking directly to her and not over her like we've experienced at other places! To put the icing the cake, Lauretta, the FNP was phenomenal! It was a late appointment and I appreciate everyone's patience after a long day! Excellent experience as always. Great flexible hours, ease of scheduling and great smooth and efficient process. From the minute I arrived at the cloning, I was greeted by a very pleasant and welcoming staff member. My vitals were taken efficiently and with the outmost care. The provider was very effective in diagnosing issue and prescribing the right meds. I have been at this clinic 2x (different issues) and had the same great experience! Thank you!
My kids loved everyone there, it’s important as a parent for your children to feel comfortable with any doctor and their staff and they really made my children feel comfortable and even handed them a goodie bag. The room was clean and decorated kid friendly. Ashley did my daughters vitals and she was extremely empathetic and sweet to my daughter and her issues when we explained what had been going on. Ashley & Jocelyn were the best!! The friendliness and knowledge they both had makes this Midwest express clinic in Chicago Ridge my go-to for all of my health needs! FAST, SMOOTH, & AFFORDABLE! Highly Recommend! They also have weekly Lipo/B12 Shots that I swear by. Thank you so much, I will continue to be a loyal patient.
The ladies are beyond awesome. Very friendly and caring while being as professional as possible. I will come back here whenever i have an issue. And will also bring my child because they are very trustworthy.
