Everyone has been wonderful. So kind and patient. It has been such a great experience to be treated so kindly and respectfully. I felt that everyone listened and did not feel rushed at all. I left feeling like my needs were met and feel positive that I'm heading in the right direction to feeling better. Wish all clinics were this great honestly. I was in and out so quickly too. Very clean nice place. Staff friendly and helpful . Dr gave me a breathing treatment that other clinics didn't do and I got home and can tell my breathing is better so I'm very thankful. Also sent me some medicine to Walgreens. Wasnt a long wait either . This place is close to my house I'm so glad they opened this one. Dr you could tell wanted to help me feel better and also told me information I didn't know so I can watch out for it in the future. Very professional and just great.
The service from front desk to triage and the provider we seen Dr Mark was exceptional! I have never received this good of a service anywhere else. Thank you all for the excellent service we received today, and we would absolutely take the drive all the way from Lansing to come back here again if we ever need it. Your care means everything!
The drs here don’t know what they’re doing I took my daughter here she tested positive for strep throat & the dr sent her amoxicillin but stated for her to take 6.5ml every 12 hours when my daughter weights 125!!!! So I called and tried speaking to the doctor that saw her and they told me she wasn’t in that I was supposed to call the next day but the one doctor that did answer My call still insisted that it was totally fine that she’s supposed to be taking 6.5 ML She told me that they will give the other doctor a call and th... read more
Utterly a waste of money, go elsewhere. They won't help you get better. They will prescribe worthless medication you can buy yourself off the shelf at Walgreens, even if you show them the cream you need that was prescribed in the past by an expert. You can get better help from reddit then this facility. $125 visit.
