Everyone has been wonderful. So kind and patient. It has been such a great experience to be treated so kindly and respectfully. I felt that everyone listened and did not feel rushed at all. I left feeling like my needs were met and feel positive that I'm heading in the right direction to feeling better. Wish all clinics were this great honestly. I was in and out so quickly too. From the moment we entered we were taken care of by each staff member with respect and kindness. Mom is 89 and felt like she may have the flu. The medical team there tested her immediately for COVID, flu and strep throat. Then we met RN Lauretta, she was extremely kind, spoke to my Mom directly about her symptoms. Super important because often the physicians talk to me instead, even with Mom sitting right there. She's not incompetent and appreciates you talking to her. Really nice and clean urgent care! Got in super quick was out within 35-45 min (on a good day! Both Briana and Lauretta were really nice from the moment they first greet me. Highly recommend
This is wonderful; the staff is understandably that I am Deaf and she use communication with me thru the mobile device note app. The doctor understands my needs to use device for communication than rely on read lips. Thank you for care and very respectfully. I definitely come here again when I need!
