Dr. Ana Kozeil and the front desk staff, also the nurse did an amazing job helping a sick child, the 9 year old was thoroughly examined and counseled with the Auntie present, also tested and given proper medication, and instructions to stay hydrated. Excellent job from the very start to the end. A trusted, competent medical team and staff. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. Thank you so much for all you have done
I took my daughter here for a sports physical the same day I scheduled it. MeMe at the front desk was very welcoming and kind from start to finish! Ashley the medical assistant made my daughter feel like a person by talking directly to her and not over her like we've experienced at other places! To put the icing the cake, Lauretta, the FNP was phenomenal! It was a late appointment and I appreciate everyone's patience after a long day! Excellent experience as always. Great flexible hours, ease of scheduling and great smooth and efficient process. From the minute I arrived at the cloning, I was greeted by a very pleasant and welcoming staff member. My vitals were taken efficiently and with the outmost care. The provider was very effective in diagnosing issue and prescribing the right meds. I have been at this clinic 2x (different issues) and had the same great experience! Thank you!
I had a great experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff was friendly and professional. The check-in process was smooth, the wait time was reasonable, and the provider took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt well taken care of and never rushed. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing prompt, quality care.
I had a blood test done and waited a week, but no one called to tell me the results were ready even though they told me they would call me. If I hadn't called them, no one would have contacted me. I waited 40 minutes for the doctor to come and explain the blood test results. When I asked about the delay, they told me there was only one doctor available and we had to wait.
