I took my daughter here for a sports physical the same day I scheduled it. MeMe at the front desk was very welcoming and kind from start to finish! Ashley the medical assistant made my daughter feel like a person by talking directly to her and not over her like we've experienced at other places! To put the icing the cake, Lauretta, the FNP was phenomenal! It was a late appointment and I appreciate everyone's patience after a long day! Ashley & Jocelyn were the best!! The friendliness and knowledge they both had makes this Midwest express clinic in Chicago Ridge my go-to for all of my health needs! FAST, SMOOTH, & AFFORDABLE! Highly Recommend! They also have weekly Lipo/B12 Shots that I swear by. Thank you so much, I will continue to be a loyal patient.
I had the privilege of being cared for by ASHLEY, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond in every way. She was not only highly skilled and attentive but also incredibly compassionate and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable at every step, and treated me with genuine kindness. Her calm and caring presence made a huge difference during my recovery. I’m truly grateful for her dedication and the excellent care she provided.
What a great urgent care!! Zaria was so nice when checking me in for my reservation, the process was super easy start to finish. Ashley triaged me quickly and was so funny. Definitely lightened the mood for me as I was coming in for ear pain. Loretta was my provider and she was awesome. All three of these lovely ladies helped me get my ears checked out, cleaned, and taken care of. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel, and the quality of care I received. Really nice and clean urgent care! Got in super quick was out within 35-45 min (on a good day! Both Briana and Lauretta were really nice from the moment they first greet me. Highly recommend I came in once again for my son and let me tell you!!! ASHLEY M, hands down the best triage I’ve ever met! My son began to cry and she instantly calmed him down and got his test done with NO PROBLEM! When his easily to start puking! Love it here!
