Came in today because my son needed a Chest X-Ray before seeing his pulmonologist later today and the staff so nice and professional and got us in and see fast. Big shout to Beth she was able to do all my son’s pretesting and roomed us with ease. Swabbing a 5year old is not an easy task and my sons didn’t even flinch. Renee was also amazing and very professional. They were also able to get him to do his X-Ray without any trouble. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience especially with such crunch time. Kara, Samantha and BethAnn were extremely attentive and caring during my visit. Kara not only made me feel comfortable but she also made sure she did everything she could to make sure I was healthy again. Although I don’t like visiting the clinic, their company, hospitality and compassion makes the visit a memorable one! It feels nice to be surrounded around people who actually care about your well being 🥰
Your facility is wonderful! The timeliness and the support from your staff has been amazing! Kara is great! She has wonderful bedside manner and is readily available to answer any questions. I've appreciated her consistency in caring for my matter. I've also appreciated the courtesy from the front reception and medical assistants. I'd recommend your facility to anyone with health needs! Beth, Lisa,& Martha are wonderful staff,& incredible women to be around. Not only was my visit handled in a timely manner, they made me feel comfortable as we connected in the few minutes we shared,& they also helped handle the issues i had with my insurance. thank you !!
