Came in today because my son needed a Chest X-Ray before seeing his pulmonologist later today and the staff so nice and professional and got us in and see fast. Big shout to Beth she was able to do all my son’s pretesting and roomed us with ease. Swabbing a 5year old is not an easy task and my sons didn’t even flinch. Beth, Kara, Jessica and Phyllis all were very delightful to work with. I was in and out not having to wait for a long period of time. My diagnosis was on point and treated. I left there feeling 100% better. I will recommend this location to family and friends. The customer service was great.
Upon entering the clinic i was greeted with a genuine hello & warm smile! I was seen almost instantly and the process was thorough. The doctor was kind and patience, her bedside manner was top tier. This Urgent care was very clean, the staff were prompt and professional. I was in and out very fast. Before I made it home my prescription was ready for pickup. Thank you to the staff Beth, Kara, & Hannah for making my experience a great one!
Kara, Samantha and BethAnn were extremely attentive and caring during my visit. Kara not only made me feel comfortable but she also made sure she did everything she could to make sure I was healthy again. Although I don’t like visiting the clinic, their company, hospitality and compassion makes the visit a memorable one! It feels nice to be surrounded around people who actually care about your well being 🥰
