Well let me just say this clinic urgent care is the best! I always come or bring others if they need to come or recommend! Front door receptionist Cary was nothing but smiles! Cary was inviting and sweet shout out to her granddaughter that flat ironed her hair it was beautiful! Also the assistant that checked my daughter in Miranda with the beautiful hair was so lovely and sweet! Then N.P Jennifer was so awesome! Dr. Sheryl, thanks for taking time to listen and understand my symptoms. Having compassion on how patients feel. I feel confident that the prescriptions will help me get better. Staff: All staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable if any questions arise. Staff is very professional and smiling. They show compassion on how we patients feel.
Yes I just want to reiterate how great of an experience I had today by sharing that the receptionist was one of the most kind, pleasant, and professional receptionists I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The exact same goes for my experience with the nurse assistant and with the nurse practitioner Amanda Turich. Service is relatively good. Customer service at the counter is at best, okay. They REQUIRE a “card on file” we have been charged with a zero co-pay insurance plan and when you inquire/dispute no one has an answer. They do not even attempt to address the concern. I was talked right past the concern and told “if you don’t put a card on file you won’t be seen” I am sure I will be charged again. One other suggestion. Before you call a patient back. I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care, there are So many different urgent care’s it’s hard to know who’s good! Well I can tell you, this clinic is awesome and I am so glad I went there. From doing my registration online to when I left , my experience was A+ !! And the staff— SIMPLY AMAZING! I was helped by Alex and Miranda and my visit was with Nikki NP. They all were welcoming, kind, empathetic, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Office is nice and clean, highly recommended!
