Dr. Sheryl, thanks for taking time to listen and understand my symptoms. Having compassion on how patients feel. I feel confident that the prescriptions will help me get better. Staff: All staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable if any questions arise. Staff is very professional and smiling. They show compassion on how we patients feel.
Service is relatively good. Customer service at the counter is at best, okay. They REQUIRE a “card on file” we have been charged with a zero co-pay insurance plan and when you inquire/dispute no one has an answer. They do not even attempt to address the concern. I was talked right past the concern and told “if you don’t put a card on file you won’t be seen” I am sure I will be charged again. One other suggestion. Before you call a patient back. I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care, there are So many different urgent care’s it’s hard to know who’s good! Well I can tell you, this clinic is awesome and I am so glad I went there. From doing my registration online to when I left , my experience was A+ !! And the staff— SIMPLY AMAZING! I was helped by Alex and Miranda and my visit was with Nikki NP. They all were welcoming, kind, empathetic, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Office is nice and clean, highly recommended!
Everyone is so nice. It's kept clean. I saw Dr Morgan. She is very friendly. She listened to me, and explained everything very well. She took her time, did not rush. The reason I went there for was taken care of....I finally got an answer. I 10/10 recommend Midwest Express Clinic. Thank you Morgan. All I wanted was an answer for the pain I was in, and you found it, and treated it. My own primary Dr did not care to take the time to help me with THIS issue. Alex was amazing at getting us checked in quickly. Dr Weber helped us figure out my fiancée’ problem. The staff is great and very clean! Thank you guys so much for making our day!!
