Midwest Pain Clinic is the epitomy of medical/nursing care. They are closing their Red Oak office, but I wouldn't choose any other facility. The facility is immaculate, and from the receptionists,, the medical staff, to Dr Krezja, and Shelley V. My NP, they are all the only place I would go to take care of my back. I will definitely make the trips to Omaha!!
The Care is genuine. They listen to you , your concerns, questions, and offer various options for your care. I am very happy with my primary care provider and her assistant. I have not had a bad experience with anyone on the staff.
Shelly and her nurse are always friendly when I go to my appointment. They do their job well and have me in and out with in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.
I really love the staff here. They take time to listen to symptoms and adjust treatments accordingly, if needed. They are all really kind and supportive in what are some of the hardest times in my life.
Shelly and the nurses are all ways doing the best job possible for me it is one of my most pleasant experiences thank you guys for doing such a gr8 job.
