Very caring practice! I moved here from AZ and had trouble securing a new pain management practice here. The staff here went out of their way to continue my care. Don’t waste your time at a few other places in the area, that just want to sell you something. Thank you Midwest Pain!!!
Stephanie Simon and her staff are always delightful to work with and my needs are always met. She is definitely an outstanding provider. I feel well cared for after leaving there.
The front desk staff are beyond just plain rude! There are no markings on the building that say their clinic is there so we had to drive and walk around looking for it. We found a medical clinic but it said nothing about the pain clinic. So we were late to my appointment so they made us reschedule. I’ve been going to Midwest Pin Clinic on North 90th for years without any problems so I can’t say thir whole practice is bad. My Doctor I saw was wonderful - as are the Drs at the 90th street clinic. I have had a great experience at Midwest Pain Clinic. I have been a patient for almost a year and I see my doctor monthly. My appointments are always on time. My wait time is minimal. The staff is friendly and the doctors take the time to listen and make sure our pain plan is working. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from chronic pain.
